Чудесный уютный отель, с очень ухоженной территорией. Очень чистые уютные бунгало. Вся сантехника, электрика работала безупречно. Включен в стоимость сытный вкусный завтрак. Разнообразные фрукты, соки, выпечка, а так же овощи, яйца приготовленные по Вашему желанию. Бассейн всегда со свежей водой, чистый. На пляже удобные лежаки, можно находиться в тени деревьев, можно на солнышке. Но самое прекрасное в отеле это люди. Их открытые улыбки, всегда доброжелательное отношение, оперативность, готовность сделать чуть больше, чем ты ожидаешь. Сервис в отеле действительно на высоте! Очень было приятно общаться с ребятами из бара, девочки из службы клининга просто волшебницы, убирали все идеально, дважды в день. С утра полная уборка и вечером подготовка номера ко сну. Служба охрана и со стороны улицы и со стороны пляжа всегда на месте. Отдельное спасибо повару за вкусное питание и официантам за их внимание и улыбки. Большое спасибо менеджеру Ашраф он всегда был очень деликатен и отзывчив на любые пожелания а так же организовал мой последний ужин на пляже. Это было очень красиво и трогательно. Очень рекомендую взять массаж. у девушки, что его делает просто волшебные руки. Спасибо всей команде отеля! Вы сделали мой отпуск незабываемым!

Don't hesitate, book it! ???? You won't regret it.

This was such an epic trip for me and my partner. We enjoyed every second of being at F-Zeen. The room George (the owner) assigned us was absolutely beautiful. Just as the pictures showed and actually even more beautiful. The whole hotel was super tranquil, and being able to hear the waves at night was just dreamy. We wanted a relaxing vacation and so glad we chose F-Zeen, it's not in a crowded area like other touristy areas like Nungwi or Paje. You could swim in the water, as my partner did every day. I enjoyed sitting on the porch or going for walks on the beach. The staff were exceptional and super attentive and happy to help with whatever we needed. It was my birthday celebration and they worked with my partner to arrange a lovely romantic dinner, with amazing sea food, topped off with the whole crew singing happy birthday in Swahili. On our last day I wanted samosas and the chef made it from scratch within 2 hours. I mean what more can I say, It was such a magical time. Huge thanks to everyone, George, Dianess, Oscar, the bar and kitchen crew. The food was amazing. We enjoyed it so much and the chef made sure to check in to see if there was anything else we wanted. I can't thank George and his team enough for treating us like family and making sure we had a great vacation. We will definitely be happy to be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chill, relaxed holiday. There are also activities that can be arranged for you. We're super sad to be leaving but we leave with great memories and relaxed minds. ????

Pokoje są po prostu wspaniałe z widokiem na ocean ! Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta dbała o każdy szczegół podczas naszego pobytu. Śniadanka bardzo smaczne codziennie świeże owoce i wyciskane soki, do wyboru menu z karty więc na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Super relaxing place with very welcoming staff

Such a good place to hang out and chill on the beach and super friendly and welcoming staff, got a free massage and lunch at our departure day and could stay in our room till we left without any additional changers - therefore highly recommend to spend some relaxing days at F-Zeen :). Also you can go in the water at low tide

Beautiful location with excellent team

Extremely welcoming team of highly skilled people with excellent customer service skills. The food was some of the best I’ve eaten in Tanzania

During the day, the dining areas for breakfast and lunch were too hot. I prefer to eat outside.

This is a magical place. The resort is really long (compared to others at which we stayed), alongside the beach. This means you will have a feeling that you are alone on the beach, even if the hotel is full. We had an ocean front room and just 5 meters to our sunbeds under the palm trees. Let me point out there are not a lot of locals on the beach, selling stuff, so you will really have peace and quiet. You should expect though that the sea is affected by the tide, the same as it in most of places on Zanzibar (but keep that in mind). Aside from excellent position of the hotel, we would like to compliment the staff. They were so wonderful, always smiling, really made all of our wishes come true.

The food was good. There was a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also a la carte option for lunch and dinner. It was tasty but we had better meals around Zanzibar.

Recommended for a quiet rest by the beach

Perfect location. It's near the end of the beach in a small fishing/tourist village. Few people, almost no beach boys. At the same time, not the end of the world, and you have a couple of restaurants within walking distance of 1 km. Very enjoyable view of the sea with little distractions, especially if you get the beachfront room, as we did. Staff is kind.

Room amenities could be better. Disappointing shower as at times there wasn't enough water for everyone, so in the morning it can be hard to shower. Nothing provided to clean your feet from the sand, although I managed to get myself a simple plastic bucket to fill with water after asking the staff about it. Despite these small problems, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some peaceful time by the beach.

« Le paradis sur terre »

Le bungalow que j’ai choisi était vraiment tout près de la plageun cadre paradisiaque… une plage magnifique et presque déserte . On peut faire des longues promenades sans crainte ( je voyageais seule). Il y a parfois des Masai qui veulent vous vendre leurs produits mais ils sont très gentils et pas du tout insistants.On peut se baigner selon le rythme des marées . L’équipe de l’hôtel est magnifique. Ils sont tous au petit soin pour vous, pour résoudre des problèmes ou rendre le plus possible vôtre séjour agréable . J’ai adoré cet endroit, le calme et la sensation d être en sécurité. Lors de mon anniversaire l’équipe m’a fait une surprise lors du souper et ils m’ont amené un gâteau d’anniversaire en chantant leurs chansons. Un moment très émouvant. On s’y sent vraiment bien et j’ai hâte d’y retourner.

la douche.. mais au même temps c’est l’Afrique et on peut pas prétendre un débit d’eau comme chez nous️

A great stay! The hotel is located right on a beautiful long sandy beach and offers great food and service! Everything was spotlessly clean and functional(A/C etc.). The staff were on point and friendly and the food at the restaurant was really tasty with fresh products.

I can honesty say that I had the best overall experience at this hotel than any other hotel I have stayed at. I traveled here to decompress after an intense week of volunteering in Arusha and it was just what the doctor ordered. The most exquisite beachfront hotel. Chill, relaxing, calming, beautiful and private. I would give this hotel a 15++ if I could. The staff is the most incredible staff you will ever meet in your life. GENUINE and BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE that took incredible care of me. Oscar ran the show with the utmost care and kindness. He upgraded me to an oceanfront room, offered a free massage (which I absolutely loved and booked the next day with Magic Mary) and made sure everything I touched, ate, experienced lived up to my expectations. Happy (yes her name is Happy) was so delightful - she has a heart of gold and is joyful to be around. She made sure that I was as happy as she is! The others such as Frank, Abdul, Alphonsi, Patrick.... everyone from the servers to the cooks to the cleaning staff are thoughtful and a delight to be around. I didn't want to leave and promise I will come back with my family. Rooms are perfect (large sized) and they come to clean each day and turn down the bed at night. The food was plentiful with a variety of options and the beach was quiet and not a scene which was exactly what I was looking for. Waking up to the sunrise each day was magnificent. Book this place - if you want to be pampered and recharged with the right energy - you will be oh so glad that you did!
