Great stay on all aspects!
A great stay! The hotel is located right on a beautiful long sandy beach and offers great food and service! Everything was spotlessly clean and functional(A/C etc.). The staff were on point and friendly and the food at the restaurant was really tasty with fresh products.

What was the highlight of F-Zeen Boutique Hotel Zanzibar
Recommended for a quiet rest by the beach
Perfect location. It's near the end of the beach in a small fishing/tourist village. Few people, almost no beach boys. At the same time, not the end of the world, and you have a couple of restaurants within walking distance of 1 km. Very enjoyable view of the sea with little distractions, especially if you get the beachfront room, as we did. Staff is kind.
Room amenities could be better. Disappointing shower as at times there wasn't enough water for everyone, so in the morning it can be hard to shower. Nothing provided to clean your feet from the sand, although I managed to get myself a simple plastic bucket to fill with water after asking the staff about it. Despite these small problems, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some peaceful time by the beach.

Don't hesitate, book it! ???? You won't regret it.
This was such an epic trip for me and my partner. We enjoyed every second of being at F-Zeen. The room George (the owner) assigned us was absolutely beautiful. Just as the pictures showed and actually even more beautiful. The whole hotel was super tranquil, and being able to hear the waves at night was just dreamy. We wanted a relaxing vacation and so glad we chose F-Zeen, it's not in a crowded area like other touristy areas like Nungwi or Paje. You could swim in the water, as my partner did every day. I enjoyed sitting on the porch or going for walks on the beach. The staff were exceptional and super attentive and happy to help with whatever we needed. It was my birthday celebration and they worked with my partner to arrange a lovely romantic dinner, with amazing sea food, topped off with the whole crew singing happy birthday in Swahili. On our last day I wanted samosas and the chef made it from scratch within 2 hours. I mean what more can I say, It was such a magical time. Huge thanks to everyone, George, Dianess, Oscar, the bar and kitchen crew. The food was amazing. We enjoyed it so much and the chef made sure to check in to see if there was anything else we wanted. I can't thank George and his team enough for treating us like family and making sure we had a great vacation. We will definitely be happy to be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chill, relaxed holiday. There are also activities that can be arranged for you. We're super sad to be leaving but we leave with great memories and relaxed minds. ????
